I am a strategic thinker and I am action-oriented. I am a positive, supportive person with good listening skills. I will hear what you are saying and often times, what you are not saying. I expect that you will do the work needed between sessions. I will prod you, support you, give you feedback and keep you on track. However, I will not do the work for you. If there is a roadblock that keeps you from achieving, together we will explore it, resolve it and keep moving forward. We will set a pace that is comfortable for you and we will work to achieve the goals you have established. As your coach, I will serve as a resource, a friend, a sounding board and a cheerleader.
